		<description>First off: There&#039;s a bus that takes the ring road around the country. you can get off and on as much and for as long as you like, but you can only go in one direction. This is the best way to see everything on a limited budget. 

Walk down to the coast at Vik. the black sand is beautiful.

Myvatn is a great little town in northern Iceland. At the time you are going though, it may be over run with black flies. If it isn&#039;t too bad, stay for awhile. There are many geological formations to be seen while hiking around there. Take a bike out to the geyser area near there. It&#039;s much nicer and less over-run with tourists than the more famous Geyser national park.

Eat the salmon smoked on sheep dung. It&#039;s the tastiest in the country. 

Drink lots of brennevin, and bring some back for me.</description>
