Sex Show
Wow, I’ve been neglecting life! I guess term paper month will do that.
So three weeks ago I went to the Sex Show. It was SO FUCKING BORING! Just a bunch of stands with thongs and dildos. Who cares.
But I did it, I don’t have to like it for it to count right?
Also last weekend I went to Montana to see Tool, and I met Adam Jones from the band (see inset, picture by my Adam). It wasn’t on my list, but it was still cool. And I totally proved I had the balls to approach someone famous. Pretty cool, if you ask me.
Also, I’ve updated the list, so check that out.

Crossed Off – Giant Mennonite Boy
about 3 years ago - No comments
I don’t know why I was so fascinated with the prospect of seeing a giant figure of a Mennonite boy, but I assume it has something to do with my interest in Hutterites. When I saw on Road Side Attractions that in Cambridge they had a Mennonite boy, it was added straight away to my
Crossed off – Remington Carriage Museum (and some other adventures)
about 4 years ago - No comments
So my lovah-lovah Adam planned a nice and semi-surprise trip for me on Sunday. It combined both my giant list and some of the mini-list for southern Alberta that I made a while back. We made our way down to the Remington Carriage Museum, which is located in Cardston, quite near to the US/Canada border.
Crossed Off! Working At Provincial or Federal Elections
about 4 years ago - No comments
So yesterday I spent a wonderful 13 hours working at the provincial elections as a Deputy Returning Officer. This was #245 on the list and it has been officially crossed off!!! It was alright, pretty boring on the whole, and being part of the democratic process was pretty neat, though I only had 25% turnout
Meeting Adam Jones
about 4 years ago - 1 comment
This really has nothing to do with my list, actually, it’s just something awesome that happened when I went down to Montana. Adam and I headed there to see our favourite band Tool and as it turns out guitarist Adam Jones loves antique shopping as much as I do. He was kind enough to stop
What 5 Things?

What five things do you absolutely need to do before you die, above and beyond everything else. Here are mine: 1. Go to Scotland with my mom (hint hint) 2. Go to Turkey and hear the call to prayer 3. Plant my own garden 4. Live in Italy 5. Own my own house Leave me

The Boring Life I Yearn to Avoid
about 4 years ago - No comments
These past few days have been nothing short of mind-numbingly boring. It is the only term to put to how I have felt. Thursday I went to my classes. My Medieval Violence looks to be good, but I ended up dropped the British History due to the fact I already took it at the University
New Year’s Eve

So… New Year’s is upon on us (at least in Canada, in Japan it’s already happened, but sadly I am not there). In less than 12 hours I will be in a whole new year. And what, 4 more to go until the Mayan Prediction of the end of the world? I’m celebrating tonight by
