Surprise Bum Seckz!
So, I get to cross yet another thing off of my list tomorrow. My friend Keith surprised me with two tickets to the Calgary Sex Show, so I’m going to go with him and have a fabulous time! I love surprises, and sex, and my list. It’s a good combination.

New Tattoo
about 3 months ago - 2 comments
Much to the dismay of grandmothers everywhere, I decided to go ahead with my 5th and by far largest tattoo. I booked it months ago with Karrie Arthurs at local custom shop Blackbird Electric after my friend recommended her work. I have little else to say other than god damn:
Thanks But No Thanks: The Calgary Stampede
about 2 years ago - 1 comment
Last summer I packed up my school bag and an over-sized purse, met my friend Chris at the airport and took off for a month. I roamed through Montreal, Toronto, Guelph, Oakville, Kingston and Manhattan. I took the Greyhound, VIA rail and the Metro. I crashed on couches, slept in cramped, stinking hostels, and rested

Chelsea: Did you already register or whatever how many bags we are checking? Adam: No it didn’t ask. Chelsea: Oh, can you check a bag for me maybe? I would like to bring an extra one to bring our shopping home. Adam: Yeah we can do it at the counter. And we have priority status
Heading Back to Home Base

Well, it is time to head back home to Calgary. My flight leaves this afternoon, I’m flying with Air Canada instead of my favourite Westjet. The only reason for this is because Air Canada flies out of Kingston, saving me a train ride and cab fare into Toronto. I’m happy to be heading home today,
More Excitement Coming Out of the East

Well, it seems I have to book my third flight of the year out East. Crazy! Adam and I are going out to Toronto to see Journey, Heart and Cheap Trick! I love Journey, as can be seen here. I also really like Heart and Cheap Trick. I’m SO excited for this concert, and it
Surprise Birthday Trip

I found out that I am going to Vancouver for four days as my birthday present! Yay! I’ve never been to Vancouver which is apparently really weird for someone who lives in Alberta. I’ve been to Victoria… doesn’t that count for anything? I suppose not. I am quite excited to go to Vancouver, where the

I saw this on a transit bench by Marlborough Mall. I start work today, for my friend Sarah selling shoes. Money for my trip out East and my pretend-fantasy-trip to Iceland. Must go prepare for my day.
Won’t You Take Me To China Town?

So, to kick start my summer here in Calgary, Keith and I took a mini-trip to the local Chinatown and Calgary’s downtown core. Certainly not a trip to China, but super fun nonetheless. We took transit there, because what’s a day in Calgary without smelly overpriced transportation? Upon our arrival downtown we of course took
My Long Weekend

Nothing crossed off of the list this weekend, sadly. I did have a rockin’ good time though! We left Friday, but due to cloudy skies and some time constraints, we took our regular route, rather than the Cowboy Trail. It was super cloudy, and there were strange cloud formations going on over the hills and
When the Dust Settled

Alright, so there’s not much going on in way of the the list, but I do have some plans for the weekend. Adam and I are going back up to Calgary for Easter and whatnot, but instead of taking the boring Vulcan or Claresholm way, we are considering going the much more scenic Cowboy Trail,
